Important Details of JEE Main 2020

JEE Main 2020 examination is conducted by the National Testing Agency. NTA took over CBSE in 2019. Now, the examination is solely conducted by the NTA. Before you apply for the exam, read all the important details of the examination.

Changes in JEE Main Exam Pattern 2020

NTA, yesterday, began receiving the application for JEE Main exam online. Along with opening the application window, the agency also announced some changes in the exam pattern for the JEE Main exam. B. Tech Paper of JEE Main 2020 will contain 75 questions instead of 90.  The question paper has been abridged by 15 questions and 60 marks this time.

The question paper which was entirely MCQ last year will now have 15 questions (No MCQs)  newly added which, 5 each from Mathematics, Chemistry and Physics, where candidates “will have the answer to be filled as numerical value”. Rest of the questions will be MCQ based. There will be no negative marking for integer type question.
